2. How to Initiate a Return To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

3. Return Shipping
- You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect items).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proof of shipment.
- Please ensure that your returned item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Returns that are damaged due to improper packaging may be rejected.
