1. SHIPPING AREAS
- Domestic Shipping: We currently offer shipping only within the United States.
- Shipping to P.O. Boxes: Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses at this time. Please provide a valid street address for delivery.
2. SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS
We offer various shipping options to suit your needs. The shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight of your order, the shipping method chosen, and the delivery destination.
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days (excluding holidays).
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days (for an additional fee).
- Express Shipping: Next-day delivery (for an additional fee).
Shipping fees will be clearly displayed during the checkout process, and you will be able to select the option that best fits your needs.
3. ORDER PROCESSING AND HANDLING
Order Processing Time: All orders placed on GLOWBINA will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 3:00 PM (EST) or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Delays: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, holidays, or carrier issues). GLOWBINA is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, which allows you to track your package’s journey. You can track your shipment using the carrier’s website (e.g., UPS, FedEx, or USPS).
5. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Address Issues: We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will charge for re-shipping. Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order.
International Shipping: Currently, GLOWBINA only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Please note that if we expand to international shipping in the future, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply.
6. SHIPPING DAMAGE AND LOST ITEMS

Lost or Missing Packages: If your package is lost or missing, please contact the shipping carrier first to investigate the issue. If the carrier is unable to locate the package, contact us at info@glowbina.com, and we will assist you in filing a claim or providing a replacement, depending on the circumstances.
